GROUP TRIATHLON SWIM TRAINING
Join USA Triathlon, US Masters and ASCA Certified Coach (and Kona Ironman finisher) Beth Baumgarten for swim training at Dulles South Rec Center in South Riding. Workouts focus on developing better technique for freestyle triathlon and open water swimming, as well as building fitness for endurance events. All levels of triathlete welcome -- novice through elite. Small group (only 6 maximum, 2 per lane) means plenty of space for safety and to work on your stroke & breathing! Need extra attention to your technique? ...see the personal Swim Analysis, which will prepare you for group sessions. Classes may occasionally be run by assistant coaches Nancy DiPietro or David Hsu, both USA Triathlon certified and Ironman finishers.
Fall 2020 fees:
-- 20 Tue/Thu 7:30-8:30 am classes for $325.
-- 10 Sunday 2-3 pm classes for $200.
-- 4 Sunday classes (you pick the dates) for $100.

Note: For insurance coverage, participants will be required to join US MASTERS SWIMMING ($45/yr.) prior to joining classes: CLICK HERE
COVID-19: swimmers must verify lack of virus symptoms; wear masks inside the facility when not swimming; socially distance inside the facility; and locker rooms are closed except for emergency use.
